I grew up in Southeast Texas in the town of Port Arthur. After completing high school in 1988, I moved to Austin to study at the University of Texas, where I graduated in 1992 with a degree in Humanities. I then attended Texas State University, where I graduated in 1995 with a Master's Degree in Counseling. I spent the next 12 years working in the field of youth and family services with multidimensional organizations providing counseling, residential services, and educational programming. My endless quest for knowledge brought me back to school and I earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2003. Leveraging my experience, leadership, and education to advance alternative youth education and programming, I progressed to Senior and Executive level positions in the Non-Profit sector.

A series of high return real estate investments in Austin's housing market helped transform a casual interest into a professional real estate career.
